The 2012 IFMAR World Championships was held in Holland since 22nd to 28th July. In this biggest race, Hobbywing successfully finished its wonderful first show.
Hobbywing team driver Andy Moore chose the XERUN-120A-V3 speedo in all races and took the 2nd place of 1/12th scale and the A8 of 1/10th scale electric IFMAR world titles
Japanese top driver Atsushi Hara also installed Hobbywing XERUN-120A-V3 speedo in his Hot Bodies cars and took the TQ and A2 of 1/10th scale electric IFMAR world titles.
Another Hobbywing driver, German young star Yannic Prumper was potential to get good result in this race, unfortunately he had much bad lucks so finally he lost the chance to enter the top 10, but his driving skill was highly praised by other drivers, everybody believes that he will grow up to a top driver soon.
Hobbywing chief engineer and co-founder Mr. Michael Liu, and Hobbywing team manager Mr. Salton Dong also went to Holland to provide technical supports and services at track-side for the drivers using Hobbywing products. They had closer communications with other RC manufacturers and drivers with the expectation to speed up the process of internationalization of Hobbywing.
