Ian: Which track/where are you running at? There are many ways to gear the bugger, you may want to read Chapter 5 at this website. Another note is the site recently got updated...

I got the Team Atlas @ Swan, but it's all sold out.... Make sure it is the Modified, not Stock. You may want to try getting a modified Yokomo S-Power, I'm sure there are 15 or 17 turn winds around (Last I went sam had one of those, or find kasey). You can run these at a lesser timing to get good run time, and wear. But uh.... probably the pick up won't match the hiong hiong timing of a 23T stocker

I ran a Tamiya Type T against my shifu's Dyna Run Super Touring (13x2) i could out accelerate him, though his top end was better. His timing was about 1 or 2 mm...

One more thing, if your car has ball diffs, ensure that they are not slipping. The motor runs very hot if either slips.... for some reason... idle too much at maximum rpm
