For TC there is amateur 17.5 (no sponsorships, handout motor, spec tire)
Stock 17.5 blinky, handout tire
Superstock 13.5 blinkly handout tire
Mod handout tire

I don't believe there is a tire limit of any kind, but even if there was, indoor carpet is much easier on tires, spec tire is Jaco blue.
