When you guys work on your motor, taking it apart to clean it or replace bearings or whatever, do you typically unsolder the wires and then resolder when you are done or leave them connected and work around them?
I swapped a front bearing between rounds a couple weeks ago and did not Unsolder the motor. Just worked around it.
Most times sure I'll unsolder it. It takes longer to setup the soldering station and let it heat up/cool down than it does to do the actuAl soldering.
Sometimes if I'm working in my diffs I'm lazy and just leave it soldered in there flopping around...
