The buggy diff (on the right) the oil is filled just over the shafts and the Truggy diff (on the left) the oil is filled just over the gears.
Which way is the right way ?

You want to fill the diffs like the truggy picture, just over the cross pins. If you fill it too much you'll warp the washers inside easier and possibly have some pressure issues when the diffs heat up and they can lock up.
If you get the new gears it is the same process except you don't use any washers inside the diffs and you need to go up 2000-4000 cst to get the same feel as the old gears.
