The slash 4x4 has differnt bumpers etc. My slash 4x4 along with my friends will outlast any other at the skate park. Thats my experience. I have 3 pede 4x4's too and they are durable but not like the slash. Unlike most folks I have proof on my channel about the slash 4x4 at the skate park! I'm going to disagree with Traxxas making parts to break for replacements. Most folks upgrade with other brands. I work on the electric trucks at my lhs when they need to be repaired. I see this time and time again.
