Where is your power lacking? bottom or top end? If top end you could try the 2096, if bottom end I think its the 9853 you want. Or you could try a 2058 if you have that pipe available. I tried it on my plus 4 and the bottom end seemed a little more snappy and the top end felt the same as a 9901, draw back was a loss in fuel milage, approx 45 seconds on a tank.
