Just to add to Triple 7 comment..........I've just been thru the same snag. I noticed the flywheel isn't in the centre of the bump hole (that doesn't sound right !), so I marked centre of fly wheel andf them lined the wheel on the box to it. I did take a grinder to bevel the edges of the hole in the chassis ( some one also posted that my wheel might be worn and too small)
Anyway, that cured my problem..............
