for the 3 needle the lsn needs to be about 3/4 of a turn out from flush, hsn can be 1 and a 1/2 turns plus in...the msn should be flush and at the factory setting so the intake hole lines up with the fuel comming in from the hsn.

your idle gap seems ok, a good way to test the lsn and idle gap is the fuelline pinch test, the revs should go up at around 3-4 seconds and not too high (too wide idle gap) before it dies, if it dies straight away your lsn is too lean still.

plus make sure all the exhaust gaskets, fuel tank seal and line are ok so you get decent fuel pressure in the tank.

Thanks. After futher inspection. I have found they may need a pinch.
i can push the piston right up through top of sleeve. Now just need to find a cheap squeeze guy....lol
