Neutral feedback
i recently sold a charger that had some issues to a buyer on here. he got the charger and said it wasn't as described bc he couldn't get it to charge correctly.
so he left me neutral feedback. i tried to make it right.
i told him i would be glad to refund his $15 back if he sent me the charger back. he said he would just keep it and use it for parts (power cord and balancing board) because it wasn't worth it to ship it back.
so in turn, he left me neutral feedback. Is that an OK thing to do?
