Blitzrockey, It really depends on a lot of things but this is what I run at my local carpet track (small to med in size). 64 pitch 96 tooth spur with a 51 tooth pinion. On a car with a 1.9 internal gear ratio it should work out to a 3.50 fdr. I run the Rev tech 17.5 motor with the timing 2 notches from full timing. Hope this gets you in the ballpark...
