Gotta say man, this build is stellar! You've done a great job using minimal cash, and a lot of creativity, and customization. Great work! I don't own a savage, but one of my co-workers does, and I told him to read up on this thread. You've done a great job here.
Just want to add that your rig isn't slow by any means. I mean, it's not a rocket, but hell, it's a savage, what do you want from it? My XXL is similar in speed, and it's more than enough for bashing, racing, whatever. Most important, it's a blast to drive! Nice work man!
