I would not use a 1258 for anything 1/8 related. I had it as the steering servo a while ago and it only lasted about a month in my ols associated. Called Savox to get it warrantied and when they found out I was using it in 1/8 scale they did not want to warranty it and said it was not made for 1/8 scale. They did, but it is the steering servo in my VTA car now. Been there and done that and you need to be looking at servos that are at least 250 oz. for both steering and throttle just my opinion. KO Propo is the way to go!!!!!! They are expensive but will last many many races or seasons.
