At least it looks like the front/rear diff are installing hinge pins and not threaded hinge pins like the mbx6 and 808 (stock). It is a pain to remove all hinge pins to get acces to the diffs, and specially when its near impossible to screw on the nut in the fronts hinge pins of the mugen.
The center diff is really easy to take out. There's 5 screws that hold the diff & motor mount on, the whole assembly comes out super easy. You don't even have to readjust your gear mesh. By far the easiest car I've ever worked on.
