Sorry for my late reply Jonest. We're trying to keep it as simple as possible to make it accessible for everyone. We'll be adapting the current TITC rules for F1, except for a few exclusions.
FORMULA 1 Class

Quoted from the TITC website:

Chassis:
- Chassis must be Formula One type eq: TAMIYA F104, HPI F TEN….etc
- Two (2) wheel drives (rear only) is allowed.
- Option parts that made for that model can be used.

Body shell:
- Must be painted, Formula One Type only. Group C type bodies are not allowed. Hand made wing is not allowed.
Wing Only Formula One Wing Type, hand made wing not allowed.

Batteries:
- 6 cell Sub-C size, 7.2v. NiCd .or NiMH. / Lipo 2 cells 7.4v. (Hard Case)
- Batteries must be available in the market and have a recognized brand name.
- Battery aids for servo can be installed, but may not be used to assist the drive system in any way.

Weight:
Ready to race excluding timing equipment, at all times during the race: 1150 grams minimum

Tires:
Ride F1 H1compound (med) tires Front & Rear

ESC & Motor:
Any ESC available on the market that supports Zero Timing (Non-Boosted/Blinky)
Any 17.5t motors (or slower) with no advance timing set to it.

Race Format:
2x 5min run for heat. Would only count 1 (One) fastest lap.
Final A Main : Only 15 Drivers Race time is 15 (Fifteen Min.)
