Motors are on the way, should start to see the real production engines by the end of the month, I was satisfied that they have the power and performance we want. RDL will distribute them. Just wish I had had some to give to Mike, Ron and Atsushi. I think Mike was in the mood to hijack rays motor for a week. LOL
Barry showed up with a heathy odonnel powerplant for Mike the week of the race so Mike was in good shape.

I used associated oil. yes the heavy shock oil helped to shut down a couple of things. weight transfer to the rear tires under accel (ie more steering and less turn in twichiness. I have always had good turn in but never enough on power steering. yes the traction was high but not as high as the great lakes challenge where I had to use 45 shore fronts with 5 mm narrowing and still had roll over issues.
Oh yes I forgot to mention on our setup we ran a one way.

The only big difference between what we ran and what team serpent ran was with the locked front you run the front roll center in the mid position and the rear lower arm down. and its a toss up between the 2.0 and 2.5 bar. I ran the 2.0 with that setup. to get it to steer a little more.

I know the bar deal has some people confused but the more rear roll on the 710 the more the front plants itself harder giving more steering and less push=less rear traction. It took a while for me to get it too

I ran stock spurs and the first gear spur is a high maintenance Item I have found

How did you do the 3mm mod?
what I cut off the rear of each arm I trimmed and put back in front of the arm. then I drummed up some spacers I cut from an old arm to space the swaybar at the arm location.
