Now, I've seen rims that are all hex, I've seen rims that have the round holde like for the front, then I've seen something kinda' star shaped for the rear.......... help me!! what's the deal?
The B4 and B4.1 use bearings in the hub of the front weel. The worlds car uses a hollow (female) axle with a button head screw, while the FT B4.1 and RTR use a male threaded axle. Either way, the wheel is the same. Wheels from Jconcepts or proline will fit. You can also get hex fronts, but they won't do all that much for you. The rear wheels use a pin through the axle that fits into the "star" in the back side of the wheel. These are ok, but you'll save yourself some trouble by upgrading to hexes in the rear. I stripped out a few wheels before I converted to hex, and I'm happier now. Again, jconecpts or proline will have rear standard, or rear hex wheels. The rear nut is a 8-32 nylock nut that you can get at any hardware store. It uses an 11/32 wrench.
