Yeah, I didnt really get any of that, aside from manually check your rates. Given you check the rates and pick the correct BB spring, what are you gaining with the wider diameter spring aside from rubbing? I know in extreme conditions where a spring is very skinny and one is very fat, the thin one will buckle sooner. but how much does it really help gaining 2 mm.
Thank you, the Avid springs look linear to me, am I not seeing it properly? I understand the benefits to a progressive spring, but not seeing the benefits to a wider spring.
