problem I have seen mounting the fan or fans like the picture shows is the chassis flexs then breaks the fun blades..
Not sure if you have tried yet , just wanted to share my experience when I mounted fans as shown ...
Mine doesn't flex, I have four screws holding it to the chassis. Fans been there for a year.
