Good car tuners? There are a lot of good racers in Taiwan,you don't know? That OFNA Jeffrey Lin is also Taiwanese(4th @ Gas Sedan Nats). They know what they're doing but maybe just don't wanna let you know.
Some top racers always like that. They afraid to let others know what they're doing. You can ask AKO or March or other A-main racers.
Regarding modified engine...you can buy a D5R from AKO and ask him to forward this engine to me. I will modify it for you free. You want D5RR or D5RRR?
