Yeah, the harder the REAR sway bar setting, the better the car becomes. Especially on throttle.
Ok, will be careful with the oil. What I normally do is to clean them with brake cleaner; put them in the oven for a good 10 mins at about 100 C and then whilst still hot put oil on the shields and let it seep through - which happens quickly as the bearings are still "hot".
After they have cooled down, I wipe all excess oil off.

Have you already got the new anti-roll bars?
