40wt oil as in shock oil? Becareful as they are silicone based. If for some reason they splatter on the clutchbell, they tend to stick on it more stubbornly than normal oil. Make sure you clean them properly.

Yeah, the harder the REAR sway bar setting, the better the car becomes. Especially on throttle.
