To be on the safe side, x-speed on stock fets are fine. Changing to a bearing motor can will increase performance quite a bit.
Running a Atomic Stock is marginal because the condition (efficiency) of your drive train will be an issue. It might get away if your drive train is really smooth and quiet. Also not forgetting the gear ratios you run.
Any hotter motor for sure will need fetting.
