But looking now it seems its just rumored that its the hard compound? Only Solaris is confirmed, not compound yet? I would like it confirmed before I buy a bunch of tires for testing.

And does anyone know how tire tech will work yet? Purchase tires at the event or bring unopened tires? sorry for 1000 questions, I've never run a spec tire event.
