SOLD SOLD I got this in a lot of parts I recently bought. The guy said it worked but when I hooked it up it sat for ten to fifteen seconds then just went full throttle the when you reverse it the motor would stop. The led is blinking green. This is being sold as is you might be able to make it work or fix it. I am asking sold shipped to the lower 48.
