This is an old thread, but for anyone searching up on the Millionspot H500S03 - 2 -C relays- I repaired them by using an old soldering iron to carefully melt-cut the top of the relay covers off, which gave access to the contacts. With some fine grit sandpaper I polished the contact surfaces, and I am now off and running.
