Yeah, I have been running my Sphere Comp with my 10.5. And I love the feel a lot. And yeah, the drag brake on it is way smoother then the MMp i have. I did like 4 laps with the MMP in my b4 and pulled it out. People tell me its just as smooth as my LRP, but to me it was like a Rod Rod vs a Italian sports car. The MMP was faster, but a lot less elegant on the throttle and brake. In my 4x4 truck the MMP is fine because it weights 100 lbs and its less noticeable, lol. But in a buggy, I dont like it.


I see a lot of ppl doing blinky, gear up to make up the speed. This seems odd to me, I am probably still in the brushed mind set. But.. If I wanted to gear up with my 81 or 75 tooth spur what pinion do you think I should start with? I actually dont have any pinions over 22T, lol. So i would have to go buy a couple.
