kawada use 1/8 balls......in regards to your adapter moving.....are you sure you are using the bearing on the inside of the outside diff hub???? that seems to hold it in place on mine.....also you didnt make the hole bigger on your spur gear did you????

Didn't realise this.
I've been using 3mm diff balls in my kawada gears. Haven't noticed an issue yet though.
