I personally run thicker oil than most, but start with 25f/20r and bring 30 and 35 with you to the track on a practice day so you can pull the shocks off and change oil weights to see what weight is best for your track and your driving style. Marcus is going to flame me, but I run 35f/30r indoor and a smooth outdoor track. For a blown out outdoor track, I will raise ride height and go up 5wt front & rear.

Best to try all spectrums of you tuning options from high to low so the effect that it has on your vehicle is very evident and that helps you know what direction to go to get what you want out of it. Once you go too far in whatever it is that you're tuning, go back one and that's probably about the right setting. But you don't know what the wrong setting is until you've tried it.
