Yes it has been neglected but that doesn't mean that it is a very good car.
It's not all that different from the NTC3 but I think it is a better car. It is also cheaper and will prove to be faster. Besides where I'm located the NTC3 has just as little part support.
But then again if you compare it to the team version of the NTC3 then they don't compare. The FT NTC3 is by far a better car but they aren't in the same class of racing or anywhere near the same price range.
