I have ran the RPM and stock AE ball cups and here is what I have personally found...
The AE ball cups are good and stay on well but do tend to break before they pop off. I have split many down the middle especially on the rear camber link.
The RPM long or short ball cups work great when they are new but if they get popped on and off about 3 or 4 times they seem so loose thier hold and then pop off really easy from their. I have never broken the RPM but lost a few racing because I loose a rear camber link during a race...
I have mostly gone back to the stock AE cups because they hold better longer overall, are cheap but do break every now and then.
