At this point we have not seen your package in front of us yet as we are behind in processing mail because of a transition to a new operating system. We are about 3weeks behind. The minute we see your package what we do is email you to let you know it has been processed.. Any packages that have arrived after 4/2//12 have not been processed and we are working our way to those packages. Please allow us time to get to your package and as soon as we see it we will email you immediately.. If we have those products in stock we will then ship replacements out immediately.. or if we have a wait time it will be put on back order until we get enough in stock.. YEA.........good luck with that! I`ve been waiting about 2 months now and every-time I talk to them they tell me it should go out this week. The Castle service is really getting bad, most likely due to lots of dead speed controls. This is just my opinion.
