Number one thing is making sure you have the right tires for the track. Get that down first, then start looking at your setup.
You can always take out traction from the rear if it's pushing that bad. Reducing rear toe will help in getting the car to rotate mid-to-exit corner. If you need corner entry, you can raise the rear roll center by lowering the inner ball stud, or running a longer rear camber link.
Also, battery placement makes a huge difference, especially if you're running a shorty pack.
