Heat dissipation mainly. CF doesnt dissipate heat nearly as well as aluminum. Besides, if a CF chassis took a hit that would bend an aluminum chassis, the CF chassis would not bend, but it would still be needed to replace it, CF doesnt bend, but it does "shatter" when hit hard enough.
