I don't think so. Most are running the Losi BB setups. My best results have been so far are

Front. Losi Red springs with AE #2 piston AE 30wt oil
Rear. Losi Yellow springs with AE #2piston AE 27.5wt oil
Front toe slightly out. -1 camber all the way around. 23 ride height front and rear for smooth indoor clay track with AE's Steve Hartsons set.
24 ride height front and rear for bumpy dirt tracks.
