There's no one right answer. More toe-in will increase staightline stability at the expense of turn-in while toe-out does the opposite. It's a personal preference and setup option so your question is kinda like polling people on what shock oil they run without any other context.

I did find myself linking a slight bit of toe-in when I ran a 2wd SC10 and do always like a slight bit of toe-in on my 4wd SCTE. The reason is that both those car have very sloppy (in the case of the SCTE very, very) front ends and the toe-in helps with wander and I can dial in more steering other ways.

And, again because of the slop, I just eyeball the toe setting.
