Who cares? Who cares? I care and I'm sure there are others that care as well. I bought two of the Gen Ace 5000mah 4s one month ago and they have 4-6 cycles each on them. Yesterday during a race one of them died, no spit, sputter, or hickup just boom....dead. Today I take a closer look and when the volt meter showed 0 I instantly think connector. While checking the connector to see if it's loose to my surprise the red lead wire comes out of the case (see photos). Maybe some people may feel paying $70 + shipping for a battery to run 4-6 cycles and toss it is ok I certainly do not. To me that would the same as paying $100 for a car battery and as long as it cranks the car 6-8 times all is good, toss it and buy another. That's BS....I pay good money for a product from a company that is supposed to be quality and last hundreds of cycles I expect it to do so. If it doesn't then the company should stand behind it and replace it, if they can't make good on their product then don't feed people the crap about how good it is and it's cheaper. It's not ok to sell something claiming it's as good as any, it fail, then say it's ok cause it's cheaper. I care!
