Just to clarify. I assume you are not trying to penalize people with brushless systems (we just can't afford to have 5 motors, a bejillion sets of brushes and springs and a comm lathe, nor the ambition, time or desire to perform mantainance on old tech motors. End of brushless vs brushed rant) by limiting the number of vehicles (repairs, battery changes, ect.)

My main concern is the there should never be any replacement truck/car for any breakage. If the truck breaks it need to be repaired and then put back out.

Battery changes should be made on at least one truck if you are switching trucks to let the motor cool. e.g. you can't just have your next truck all ready to go and throw it out immediately. You must do a battery change on either the old truck or the new truck.

Which brings me to my last point. I assume the ONLY, let me repeat ONLY ONLY reason you are allowing multiple backup vehicles is to allow old tech brushed motors to cool down. Not for some advantage of being able to make a quick pit stop or repair by switching vehicles.

Hopefully everybody has moved on from the old tech brushed and we won't even have to worry about these little annoyances.

Also what is the definition of flashlight? Something the emits light?

Can I have a high power LED that draws power from the main pack as my "flashlight"?

I don't understand #5 either. "Personal transponders are at the race directors decision." This sounds suspiciously like somebodies getting ready to penalize those who have personal transponders.

Something you missed to even things out. No 3600 mAh cells. Come to think of it all I have is some old 1200s. So no 3300s, no 3000s, no 2400s, no 2200s, no 2000s, no 1800s and no 1500s. And no lithium packs! Just to make things fair. Or we could just have manditory pit stops every 2 minutes.

Boy I can be a real ass when I want to be.

But seriously, no lithium packs.
