I have got one of these trucks, it is not fragile at all!
i'm a relatively new driver(2 years in the hobby) and still don't stick to lines, this thing has taken some abuse.. i have raced it 3 times now and have yet to have a problem or a broken part. (in this hobby i think that 3-5 race days w/out 1 broken part, for a driver like me, is pretty good!!!!!!
I got the roller, $199
and put in a reedy 550-sl 3500kv and sl-1200 esc $150
a hitech ultra torque MG servo $40
and a 30c 4000mah sky lipo $25
for barely breaking $400, it is an amazing truck! and the motor/esc are hitting temps of about 135/105 after a 6min race on a 1:8 scale track.
