An 1/8th scalee motor will tear the drive train up on a 1/10th scale touring car like that. They are made to have more torque for the bigger and heavier vehicles. I would stick with a 1/10th scale motor to reduce the stress on your drive train. There are plenty of setups out there that will give you what you need.

After looking at that link, that is actually a 1/18th scale setup. So it might actually not be enough for you.
