I've noticed a similar thing, I bought 2 lots of promatch packs, 3 packs (1.160-1.164 assembled) direct from usa and 3 packs (1.165-1.169 loose) from hong kong.
All packs peaked at just over 4000 on the first charge (using 3mv/cell peak), but on their second and third charges they only took in between 3200 and 3400 using a 5mv/cell peak.... all packs were equalized to .9v/cell...
should i be concerned? should i just cycle them a few more times and hope for better numbers? should i try a higher peak detect setting ? (they dont seem to be getting too hot)
the charger is an eagle cdc 6b, charging at 5A.
The delta peak could still be too low causing false peaks.
