Yes I personally run them, and they are great! They are a little bit more money but because of the increased hardness of the ceramic balls you can go several diff rebuilds without having to replace them. Since they are significantly harder than the diff rings the only way they can get ruined is if steel from the diff ring is deposited and stuck on the diff ball. This only occurs if the diff barks (slips a lot) and allows the steel to get hot enough to stick to the ball. This issue is worse with a carbide ball and way worse with just a steel ball.
