It has a zero volt cutoff......it discharges at 0.5 amps.....I think it's pretty good for the price......since I always bring my cells to zero it's perfect for me, but If you want one that has adjustable cutoff points....just go for the novak so you wont have to sit there with a voltmeter the whole time, disconnecting the cells one by one as they get to where you want them.........Joe
