As a hospice nurse I will say a prayer for for the hospice nurses hands and minds to be guided by god, the patient to be pain free and have accepted gods gift of forgiveness (jesus) so that she may enter into gods kingdom, and for the mourning family to find solace in knowing god has called one of his own home and that they may be reunited in gods kingdom someday.
