a) any chassis works well for VTA, that's they whole point of the class

b) speed control, motor, gears, vintage body (off list), HPI front/rear vintage tires/rims, lipo battery/charger

c) anything pretty much goes...there's nothing that limits what you can do to you chassis, just as long as you meet the mininium weight
