I think I screwed the droop screw in too much, plus the truck is lighter now after all the TLR chassis and shock tower upgrades. So spring maybe too stiff and oil too thick. There was no binding anywhere.
I changed to the black front / Orange rear springs like Chris said also and used 30/25 weight oil.

Check a couple things for me. Make sure the upper shock nut is not on too tight and the shock caps wiggle some. Bound up shocks will not move properly.
Also check that your sway bars are not binding up the suspension. With the lower shocks out of the arm the arms should move up and down freely. These two things I find bound up on a lot of trucks I check out as people don't know to check them.
Also 40wt seems a little heavy for fluid.
What is your droop? Are your droop screws hitting the chassis. I would back them out so you get full droop on your shocks front and rear.
