Hey gota question. I am in the process of building my RC8be FT kit. After assembling my rear bulkhead I noticed that if I completely tighten the two 3/16mm screws that hold the gearbox together it binds up the diff from spinning. I found that backing these 2 screws out a few turns makes it able to spin like it should when turning the drive shaft. My front bulkhead went together fine and has always spun smoothly. Yes it is assembled correctly...
Is this a known thing? And if so why does it not say to not completely tighten them in the manual??

Sounds very strange. Make sure your differentials are in the correct position when you spin the spur gear. All your axles should be spinning the same direction. When I first built mine I overlooked that portion so I had to flip the front differential ring gear around. Also make sure you have those little foam pads in place on the chassis as well.
I would try that first since you will be disassembling the differential gear box area anyways.
