It's supposed to stand for the continuous discharge current. So, of the battery's capacity was 5000 mAh, 60C would be 300A continuous. However, once you get above about 40C, they are just marketing numbers. The solder connections and plugs can't handle that much current without melting.
Find a pack you can afford, since most of them are sourced from a small number of factories in China.
Aren't most NasTruck oval cars pan cars? Also, most oval series that I'm aware of run 1s LiPo.
