I was running the new 223 software in my touring car last weekend and found the brakes kept locking! I was running the same settings as on my 212 and had the active brakes on. I ran 70% on the speedo brake strength and 85% on handset!
Active braking is VERY strong. Try turning active brake off if you were happy with your braking levels wih 212.
