I would recommend that you set the car as is like the manual tells you. Use the stock setup first. The only thing I would do is get the yellow Centax clutch shoes as it will save you the hassle of tuning the clutch right. Then you should be set. Secondly, use Mugen Super grease (super sticky) on the rear diff balls. That would also do good as it will keep the rear diff from getting gritty.
It's good to know how the car handles stock (which is great BTW) and then make changes as and when necessary.
